This Cop is actually BOTH right and wrong at the same time, right because he stopped the danger of the driver speeding recklessly, but wrong because IF it WAS a child, no time should be wasted in an emergency by pulling the driver over.

Many of you said to SOME pets are LIKE family. The fact of the matter is they are not. If the dog was in the wild and would be choking would u guys all be saying something? no. The dog was choking so chances were it wasn't going to make it to the vet if it didn't make it through the stop. ALSO i dont know if you guys are blind but the other officer is in the car helping the dog.I want to see your reacting when your familly gets killed by some moron goin 100mph for some dog.
